Lowney Associates performed a geotechnical and environmental investigation for the 40-acre former GTE site in Mountain View. The Riding Group, Shea Homes and Whisman Associates built approximately 190 townhomes and 120 single-family homes. Kaufman and Broad South Bay built 93 single-family homes and 98 townhomes.
