As part of a continuing effort to bring United States Postal Service underground storage tank sites into compliance with upcoming 1998 regulations, Lowney Associates recently helped coordinate tank removals and upgrades at 25 sites ranging from Los Angeles to the Bay Area to as far north as Redding. Lowney Associates also prepared UST operation, maintenance and management plans for 40 USPS facilities.
