Lowney Associates recently completed geotechnical investigations for the Saratoga Union School District. Improvements are planned at Saratoga, Foothill and Argonaut Elementary Schools and Redwood Middle School. Development plans include the construction and expansion of several one- and two-story buildings. Lowney Associates provided geotechnical observation and testing services for Saratoga Elementary and Redwood Middle Schools during mass grading, shallow and drilled pier foundation construction and underground utility installation.
