Lowney Associates performed geotechnical investigations for three 4-story corporate office buildings, two 3-story laboratory buildings and proposed modifications to a creek levee owned by the Santa Clara Valley Water District. Construction observation and testing services were provided for the office buildings. The steel-frame office buildings, totaling 360,000 square feet, are constructed over one level of concrete-framed podium parking. This project was ranked 16th of The Top 50 Projects in California by California Construction Link, March 1999. The architect is Hoover Associates.
