Lowney Associates performed a geotechnical and environmental investigation for the phased development of an approximately 36-acre site for Electronics for Imaging in Foster City. The first phase consisted of the construction of an approximately 300,000 square-foot, 10-story steel-frame building. The second phase consisted of the construction of two 160,000 square-foot, 5-story steel-frame buildings.
